Career

Sophie Langlois is a Member of the College de l’Autorité des Marchés Financiers since 2011 and President of the French Post Trade Consulting Commission as well as Vice-President of the Audit Committee.

Sophie is the Co-founder & Executive Director of Global Reporting Company Limited. Previously she was the Chief Operating Officer and Director of the Dexia Group of the brokerage subsidiaries (DSF & BIL Finance) (2006-2013). Prior to this, Sophie was the General Director and Administrator of Instinet France (2000-2005). She also occupied top management positions in Aurel BGC, Swiss Bank Corporation France, Groupe Crédit Suisse France, BMA – Banque de Marchés et d’Arbitrage and Ernst & Young.

Education

Sophie holds a Business Law Master’s degree in private law and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Bordeaux. She is also a certified public accountant.
