Career

Jérôme Berger is currently Head of Orange Digital Ventures, as well as Head of Group Financing and Treasury Department since 2012. In 2016 Jerome also became Head of Fintech projects within the Orange Group.
Jérôme joined Orange in 1998, and has held positions as Head of Group of International Financing Equity Capital Markets for France Telecom (now Orange, Head of Group Financing  Equity Capital Markets, and Project Manager of Finance and Business Planning.

• Member of the Risk and Audit Committee – Orange Bank (Orange Group)
• Member of the Board of Directors for Orange Lease (Orange Group)
• Chairman of the Audit Committee – Orange Spain (Orange Group)
• Chairman of the Board of Directors of ASB (Belgium – Orange Group)
• Member of the Board of Directors of ACS (Belgium – Orange Group)
• Member of the Board of Directors of MTT (Belgium – Orange Group)

Education

Jérôme graduated with an Actuarial Bachelor’s degree from the École nationale de la statistique et de l’administration économique and a Master’s degree in Financial Mathematics from Université Paris 1 Panthéon- Sorbonne.
