Career

Aude has 20 years’ experience in banking finance as an international business lawyer. Since the beginning of Aude’s career in finance she has specialised in innovative and structured finance, as well as on project finance, primarily in the maritime sector both in France and internationally. Watson Farley & Williams (1998), Orrick (2001) and Norton Rose (2005). Aude was in charge of the legal project finance team at Natixis (2009-2011) before joining Stephenson Harwood AARPI as Of counsel.

Aude is a member of Initiadroit (organisation of educative legal sessions in elementary and high schools).

Education

Aude is a graduate of Université Panthéon-Assas, Paris 2 (LL.M), Université René Descartes, Paris 5 (Master in international business law) and obtained the Certificat d’Aptitude à la Profession d’Avocat (1997).
