ID2S is the first European CSD to offer real-time settlement for Money Market instruments in conjunction with its strategic partner NowCP, the issuance and trading platform.
ID2S is an EU Central Securities Depository (CSD) providing innovative pre-settlement, settlement, custody, asset servicing and issuer services for, in its first phase, (Negotiable EUropean Commercial Paper) NEU CP and other short term instruments. ID2S is majority owned by Orange, which is one of the world’s leading telecommunications operators, joined by CITI, a leading global bank.

ID2S offers a fully integrated solution to support Issuers and Investors in NEU CP, supporting the entire lifecycle from issuance to settlement.
SETTLEMENT SERVICES
ID2S operates a securities settlement system dedicated to transactions in NEU CP issued within ID2S.

ID2S has initially developed core services as set out in CSDR.
